and Dedication..."
In the
spring of 2001, my wife and I decided that we wanted to buy a condo in
Canmore. A search of the Internet revealed several realtors with Web
sites. Bob Aishford was the first to respond to us, and we were suitably
impressed with his professional demeanour, to choose him as our agent.
Over the next 3 months, we traveled to Canmore several times in
order to view condos that Bob had organized for us to visit. Each of these
trips, were time well-spent. He was punctual and efficient, as we visited
a total of about 30 listings. Bob’s friendly way and easygoing manner put
us at ease, and we began to build trust and confidence in his ability to find
the right condo for us. By asking us questions, gauging our attitude
towards each condo, and using his keen intuition to read what our tastes and
preferences were, Bob was able to narrow the search down to some interesting
choices for us. It was important to have the time to view a good variety
of condos, so that we could decide what was available and know what we were
really looking for. Bob was patient with us while we made up our minds,
and eventually we found the condo that we really wanted, for the right price.
Three years later, we are
completely satisfied with our beautiful condo in the Benchlands, and we have Bob
Aishford to thank for helping us find it. Bob is a long-time resident of
the
Bow
Valley
and knows the community
well. He knew how to make us feel welcome and provided valuable
information about Canmore that was relevant to us. I would recommend Bob

and I are nearing our 1st anniversary as owners of our dream home in Canmore. We
